Inner Alchemy -New Moon Series

Join Lisa Solari and Pam Doerr as we lead this series of educational workshops centered around the new moon.

Inner Alchemy: The new moon (sometimes referred to as the dark moon) is a part of the lunar cycle where our energies are directed inward towards our personal and collective psychologies. This is a time of alchemy, a magical process of transformation and creation, centered around release and renewal through the start of a new cycle. The hope for this series is to build both a container and a community around this alchemical time. We will honor the wisdom within this natural cycle and set intentions with ceremony. Each monthly workshop and ceremony will stand alone, but be a part of the broader series.

Gemini New Moon: With the Sun, Moon, and their ruler, Mercury, all in the sign of Gemini, this New Moon has a distinct emphasis on our nervous system and mental streams of thought. Gemini is a seriously curious sign. Here lots of questions are asked in an attempt to to discover variants of ourselves. Symbolized by the twins, Gemini represents a place of separation, duality and polarization at the risk of fragmentation. Here we find and may get lost in the proverbial monkey mind. However, there is a hidden unity between the twins and our work this New Moon is finding a rhythm (breath work) and our way back to wholeness.

Instructors:

Lisa Solari is an astrologer, acupuncturist and somatic therapist. She has spent the last 13 years exploring ways to heal and transform the consciousness we experience within the body. Her work is grounded in the imaginal and numinous. I believe healing requires awakening our awareness towards curiosity, discovery and meaning making. My approach is creative, exploratory and spirit infused.
