Guided Journeys
the waters of inner alchemy
My offering of guided journeys is an invitation to join with me in dual meditation as we journey together into the alter of your heart. We explore the movement and activity of your visionary and somatic experience in relationship to your inner silence and stillness. Each session deepens your awareness through strengthening the inner witness and surrendering to the deep intelligence of your wisdom-body. This work is an intimate invitation towards self-remembering and discovery. Often healing of the emotional and physical bodies is an alchemical reaction to this work.
The Spirit of Healing
by Fleur Innana
The primitive magician, the medicine man or shaman is not only a sick man, he is above all, a sick man who has been cured, who has succeeded in curing himself.”

Opening Statement
My vision is that all beings find their own sovereign way of inner union and path of grace, truly nourishing the inner garden of themselves and thus the garden of us all.
Your way through the events of now is your divine right to choose; preserving and protecting that right among all living beings is essential to my path and the many who walk beside me.
I have come to know and deeply live that which is only within the transparency of existence and integrity of the laws of nature and oneness that can facilitate healing and support the natural blossoming of beauty, love and play within others. It is in the spirit of that realization I write this article sharing with you my foundational approach to healing and offer this as a supportive resource for anyone navigating physical imbalances in this time whether they are Covid related or not.
Basic assumptions:
Firstly I will share with you some basic assumptions that underlie my approach and experiences of self healing that over the years of deep inner work have remained constant, true and transformationally successful.
The first assumption is within each being is a fundamental and inherent capacity to self heal and restore harmony in the physicality, and that this capacity is primarily brought on through remembering true nature within form that re-organizes things according to a natural order, harmony and balance.
My next basic assumption is that imbalance is a natural maneuver of spirit in form, to initiate change that is required for transformation and development of consciousness to occur. Imbalance therefore is naturally occurring, and not wrong, and in a way the word sickness frames physiological imbalances in a way that can deeply dis-empower the spirit of what is wanting to occur and does little to communicate the sacred.
Sickness implies that what is occurring is wrong. Although to a certain extent this may be true, in the gap between there is, perhaps, something very large that is calling to be bridged. The framing of consciousness that implies sickness and disease is the enemy, to be fought at all costs demonizes the expression of imbalance in a way that only compounds lack of self acceptance. This also compounds ignorance to the intelligence of what is occurring; that can be better understood as a natural way of self correction; a sacred process and catalyst for powerful change within oneself.
The medical system leans deeply towards a cut, burn and eliminate response to an imbalance, which tends to compound fear or evil seeded in the body; rather than elevating wisdom and intelligence. Often medical procedures deeply degrade the innate capacity and intelligence within the body to self heal and regenerate, creating more competitive environments than co-operative ones, within which the body wisdom can thrive. With a cut and burn approach, the problem may well be eliminated, but has transformation occurred? And, how intimate have you been with that change, has there been insight?
My third basic assumption is that in part what is occurring belongs in its depth to a process of mystery; it is arrogance that assumes to know all and fail to accept the unknowability of existence. We can marvel at our discoveries and insights, but it is a great loss to the wonder of what is revealed when we deem our discovery to be fixed, absolute and generic and the science settled. Nothing in existence is generic. There are patterns, there are cycles, but there are also many mysterious anomalies that point to what is unique to each being, what they have lived and where spirit is calling them.
Interpretation is useful and supportive along the spiral of healing, as it offers understanding that paves the way for deeper surrender, and yet interpretation heavily focused on diagnostics and symptomatology over time generates paradigms of knowing that appear as energetic collective morphogenic fields of experience and fails to go to the root of the issue. The morphogenic fields pretend to be a fixed wave in an ocean that is fundamentally unfixed and in actuality always changing, interpretations that may have little transformational benefit to you and your unique process and unfolding.
This leads me to the understanding that things need to stay open and fluid, moving and changing - as processes that are life-giving are fluid and changing.
**side note, I am not opposed to medical care, and hold deep reverence for the wonders of science. I just acknowledge where medical science has been hijacked by ignorance, arrogance and self serving agendas; and that it should never be separated as a science from cultivating the wisdom of spirituality. With power comes great responsibility.**
I would like to give an example of the power of these morphogenic fields in diagnostics: Many years ago I did a research project with Thessa and Leanora and a few other healers on Parkisons where we all worked with a handful of people suffering and diagnosed with the condition. The primary intent of the exploration was to discern the root cause of the phenomena of Parkinsons. on the deepest levels of consciousness.
It was incredible. I think the majority of our clients had described how their symptoms such as shaking increased by up to 6 times in intensity, after being diagnosed with Parkisons. It seemed the diagnosis created a merger with a field of knowing that came with the fixed phenomena we call Parkisons. Most of our clients decided they wanted to give their condition another name of their own choosing to support a dis-identification process from that field, as a process of re-claiming back their body; this along with trauma healing successfully reduced their symptoms working at the foundations of consciousness.
This leads me to my 4th assumption: self healing requires a level of claiming/self responsibility for one’s own process alongside an openness to the unknown.
Feedback or healing processes from the medical system or holistic systems should not be ruled out as your unique way of grace; but determined by inner listening, and instinctively choosing external alchemy options that support the inner alchemy that is unfolding. If you are really going to be open to the intuitive flow of healing, you may want to include as many potentialities as possible so you can really draw in what your body truly needs. I have countless stories as a doula that exemplify the fact that shakti is shakti, and will flow intelligently anywhere and everywhere; in hospital or out - what is essential to the potency of healing and transformation is the depth of surrender and alignment both inside and out with what is occurring.
My 5th assumption is that you must have the willingness to explore the nature of identity and perception, to appreciate that there is a sense of self that is calling to transform and change, that all the sensations and physical manifestations and symptoms belong to.
Ultimately the willingness of the sense of “I” or “me” to become something new holds the key to the entire structure of illness collapsing. The transformation of self really is at the heart and depth of the inner alchemy, that any outer alchemy/healing protocols wants to compliment intuitively.
Another foundational element which I won’t go into in depth here, but just to presence it here, is the role of outside influence (astral, human, physical, biological parasites, etc) in pointing to subtle levels of identification and deficiencies that may otherwise remain hidden and unable to transform as a result. We are living in a time where the outside influences have amped up massively, and thus the opportunity to recognise where there is forgetting within oneself is profoundly clear.
My final and most foundational assumption is the absolute/fundamental unchanging reality or deepest inner silence when grounded into provides the foundation for all healing, and is recognizable to be what is midwifing the change.
This assumption gives way to the necessary shift from healing to transcendence, from transformation to transmutation. From wholeness and health into avatar and beyond, and above all into the fulfillment of the self.
To summarize; All beings have the capacity to self heal and transform. The body's wisdom and spiritual path are entwined in a co-operative and intelligent field of knowing that is not fixed and always moving and changing, and this field is inherently driven by what is life-giving. Imbalance is an organic catalyst for evolving beyond what we have previously experienced or known before and there is a sacred key we contact when we can honour the body as a sacred vessel of emptiness, steeped in mystery at every turn. Finally, you develop the necessary resilience and will to transform the more you can surrender and relax into uncomfortable and often disturbing sensations/processes/stages of change without running away with the interpretations. The absolute is midwifing the change and if presenced can greatly facilitate the fluidity of transformation that wants to occur.
My offering of guided journeys is held in deep relationship with the Spirit of Healing that Fleur so beautiful and clearly describes in the above essay. I look forward to having the opportunity to explore and deepen into this field with you.
I want to acknowledge my teachers in this work, Thessa Sophia and Fleur Innana. They gifted me the basic exploration recipe of these journeys: stillness, activity, and the witness. Finding them and my continued work with them has been nothing short of miraculous transformation. My Devotion and Gratitude to you both.
